Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases of professional digital advertising and consulting services provided by 30Logic. Because our services involve strategic consulting, digital infrastructure, campaign development, and the allocation of professional resources, fees are earned upon the commitment of those resources and are subject to the terms below.

2. Service Fulfillment and Commencement

To ensure clarity on service delivery:

  • Service Initiation: Management and optimization services are considered "active" and commence within 24-48 hours of successful payment and onboarding.
  • Intangible Nature: Our services are digital and intangible. There is no physical product to ship or return.

3. Setup, Onboarding, and Implementation Fees

All setup, onboarding, and implementation fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated. Services are considered "initiated" when any of the following occurs:

  • Strategic planning or audit work has begun.
  • Accounts or systems have been created, accessed, or configured.
  • Technical integrations (pixels, tracking) have started.
  • Creative development or copy drafting has commenced.
  • Internal personnel have been assigned to the engagement.

Once initiated, these services are irrevocable as they require dedicated time, expertise, and operational allocation.

4. Monthly Services and Retainers

  • No Refunds on Active Cycles: Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
  • No Proration: No prorated refunds will be issued for partial service periods or early termination within a cycle.
  • Access Rights: Clients maintain access to services and reporting through the end of the active billing cycle following a cancellation.

5. Advertising Spend (Third-Party Costs)

  • Critical Distinction: Clients are solely responsible for all advertising spend and third-party platform costs.
  • Non-Refundable: Payments made to advertising platforms (including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar) are non-refundable by 30Logic.
  • Liability: 30Logic does not control, hold, or reclaim media spend once it has been deployed. These funds are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective platforms.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Marketing and advertising performance is influenced by numerous external factors including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior. 30Logic does not guarantee specific results (such as ROAS, lead volume, or sales). Dissatisfaction with campaign performance does not constitute grounds for a refund of service fees.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel recurring services by submitting written notice to: info@30logic.com

  • Notice Requirement: Cancellation requests must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the next billing cycle being processed. Services will continue through the end of the final paid period.

8. Billing Errors and Disputes

Refunds may be issued in the event of proven duplicate charges or technical processing errors.

  • Dispute Resolution: Clients agree to contact 30Logic to seek resolution prior to initiating a chargeback.
  • Consequences of Friendly Fraud: Submitting a chargeback for valid, authorized charges (including for performance dissatisfaction) may constitute a breach of this agreement. 30Logic reserves the right to provide this policy, proof of service initiation, and evidence of work to the Client's financial institution to contest the dispute.

9. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing, subscribing to, or submitting payment for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
